COVID-19 PAYMENT & CANCELLATION TERMS

The following applies for the duration of the South African National State of Disaster lock-down.

Full Payment 7 days, 7th day included, prior to arrival.

Free cancellation within 7 days will only be applicable on receipt of a certified COVID-19 Notice indicating you could not travel.

Only reservations with a COVID-19 Notice or COVID-19 Discount will qualify for the 7 day prior to arrival free cancellation.

STANDARD PAYMENT & CANCELLATION TERMS

Full payment 30 days prior to arrival secure your room and any activities booked.

Agents: Proof of full payment 30 days prior to arrival to secure booking and commission.

Agents: Agents using our secure gateway/credit card to make payment will be charged an 3% credit card service fee.

Non- Refundable deposit if cancelled within the 30-day period prior to arrival

TRAVEL INSURANCE

Please make sure you have Travel Insurance and that your insurer is well informed about our T&C’s.

YOU HEREBY AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS

Using our secure VCS payment gateway or any other payment method, you accept our T&C’s.

Making any payment in any form protects our company & affiliated bank accounts against any charge-back procedure from any Credit Card Company or Bank.

Should there be an increase in rates in accommodation and/or game drives/activities quoted at the time of booking, it is for reasons beyond our control.

New rates/prices must be accepted by the guest/agent.
